With nothing on board but the essentials this 1977 car weighs 940 lb.. with 105 horsepower to push it along. A four speed gearbox, completely adjustable suspension with just over an inch of ground clearance, four wheel disc brakes and sticky racing tires deliver more performance than rookie drivers like me can fully utilize. A bit more of adjusting the car to fit me, and me to it, along with winter's time off to prepare tools, spares, other support, and maintenance will complete preparations for the 2001 season.
