First, plain epoxy mixture painted onto smooth sanded inner lamination surface,

followed by mixture of epoxy & micro-sphere slurry,  applied to inner surface

of new foam core.  Pins along edges, and tape over paper, holds

new foam core firmly against inner lamination layer while epoxy cures.
